Shivan Vallabh

Shivan is an Associate at Springboard having joined in 2021 as a graduate. His core responsibilities include, providing valuations and bespoke research across a variety of industries to support the delivery of deals and the identification of strategic acquirers.

Shivan graduated from the University of Nottingham with a degree in Accounting and Business in 2021. During his time at University, he had audit placements at PwC before joining Springboard as a graduate.

Hamza Rehman

Hamza is an Associate at Springboard, having joined in 2021 as a graduate. His core responsibilities include providing company and sector valuations across several sectors, bespoke research to support deal delivery and the identification of strategic acquirers. Since joining, he has assisted the team across a variety of M&A and advisory projects.

Hamza graduated from the University of Nottingham with a degree in Finance, Accounting and Management in 2020. Prior to joining Springboard, he worked as a Senior Analyst within Deutsche Bank, providing an in-depth risk analysis of clients across the Investment Bank.

Amrit Singh

Amrit is a graduate from the University of Birmingham with a degree in Accounting and Finance, accomplished in 2023. Her core responsibilities include, providing valuations and bespoke research across a variety of industries to support the delivery of deals and the identification of strategic acquirers.

Amrit brings with her a strong background in finance administration, coupled with valuable work experience at KPMG.

Charlotte Higgins

Charlotte joined Springboard in June 2022 as Office Manager to co-ordinate the smooth running of the office.

Charlotte started her career by completing a two-year apprenticeship in Business Management and Administration within a Chartered Accountancy firm in Birmingham.  She was then an Office Administrator and Payroll Provider before becoming a Property Administrator in a Chartered Surveyors.
