Charles is an Associate at Springboard, having joined as a graduate in 2024. His core responsibilities include providing company and sector valuations across several sectors, bespoke research to support deal delivery and the identification of strategic acquirers.
Prior to Springboard, Charles earned a degree in Business Economics and Finance from Loughborough University. He also completed a year-long placement at Livingbridge, gaining valuable experience in M&A
