Charlotte joined Springboard in June 2022 as Office Manager to co-ordinate the smooth running of the office. Charlotte started her career by completing a two-year apprenticeship in Business Management and Administration within a Chartered Accountancy firm in Birmingham.  She was then an Office Administrator and Payroll Provider before becoming a Property Administrator in a Chartered Surveyors.
