About the deal
Ineos Hygienics, the rapidly growing provider of disruptive, science-backed hygiene products has been sold to SKG Capital Partners.
From inception, supplying hand sanitisers at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2021, Ineos Hygienics has expanded both its product range and geographic reach, now providing a leading range of household and personal care hygiene products across three key markets in Europe.
The management team were advised by Springboard on the transaction enabling the management team to take a leading role in the continued growth and development of the business.
