Forward Glass, employing 100 employees and turning over in excess of £10m, was acquired by Cornwall Group, which operates a range of businesses including Mackenzie Glass and Cornwall Glass. Forward Glass adds to the Group’s glass national footprint and offering. Our role was to act as an advisor to the shareholders of Forward Glass on the sale to Cornwall Group Limited.
