Award-winning corporate finance advisor Springboard Corporate Finance is delighted to announce the recruitment of Alex Brindley, Director and Joe Satchwell, Assistant Director, as the business continues to invest in its team.

Alex joins Springboard from Clearwater where he spent 8 years working on domestic and international corporate transactions with a talented varied client base spanning founder-owned businesses, management teams, institutional investors and listed corporates across the Healthcare, Business Services and Industrials sectors.

Joe brings more than 7 years corporate finance experience gained within the Corporate Finance teams at Deloitte and Clearwater.  Joe graduated from the University of Bristol with a BSc in Economics and Politics and qualified as a Chartered Accountant at KPMG.
