Lead Advisors to Dunstall Holdings on the acquisition of Rea Valley Tractors and associated fundraising.

About the deal

Simon Clarke, owner of AIS and the ultimate holding company Dunstall Holdings acquired Rea Valley Tractors, the largest UK John Deere dealership based in Shropshire along with a 7-acre site on the outskirts of Shrewsbury to relocate the business.

How we made a difference

  • Sourced, negotiated and structured a debt only funding package to maximise client equity position;
  • Delivered complex transaction to accommodate different vendor requirements;
  • Provided complex integration and synergy based financial modelling; and
  • Supported client to negotiate a new on-going franchise agreement with John Deere.
