Dr Andrew Cowie - Chief Executive, Wiltshire Medical Services Limited
The past few months have proved to us just how invaluable an organisation like Springboard is. Having never been involved in buying or selling a business before, my fellow directors and I had little idea of what was in store for us. Throughout the process, Springboard guided us through all of the many twists and turns we encountered and provided a much needed level of confidence. In particular, their ability to support us in the financial negotiations and unravel the complexities of the shareholding structure was paramount. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending their services to others.
