Springboard Corporate Finance has advised incoming CEO Mark Johnston on his investment in leading consultancy Arum Systems.
About the deal
Arum is a London, Edinburgh and Dublin based consultancy, providing services to an international, primarily blue-chip client base in banking, utilities, BPO and financial service sectors. Arum’s areas of expertise include credit management, debt collections and recoveries strategy, operations, data & analytics, systems capability and software development.
Mark Johnston is an experienced CEO who previously ran Methods. He is a significant investor in the transaction alongside serial entrepreneur and lead investor Jamie Waller. Mark was advised throughout the transaction by Springboard Corporate Finance who devised an innovative investment structure.
