Springboard has successfully advised PE backed, digital marketing agency Brainlabs Digital on the acquisition of User Conversion, a conversion rate optimisation specialist.
Brainlabs was founded in 2012 with a mission to become the best digital marketing agency in the world. Through its scientific approach and client-centric model, the business has grown from 1 to 400 people, placing 4th in the Financial Times fastest-growing companies and number one in The Drum’s top 50 most admired digital agencies. In 2019, Brainlabs secured investment from private equity firm Livingbridge in order to support an accelerated growth strategy. As of today, the agency’s footprint spans the UK, US and Singapore.
With the introduction of CRO expertise to the Brainlabs portfolio, the group will be perfectly positioned to service the significant demand for optimisation capabilities from new and existing clients. The acquisition also expands Brainlabs’ national footprint.
