How we made a difference
- Negotiated the transaction with a private shareholders which had different exit requirements;
- Negotiated funding terms on behalf of the management team with both equity and debt providers;
- Controlled pricing negotiation acting as intermediary between the competing requirements of investors, management team and vendors; and
- Project managed the process throughout securing a successful completion.
David Weller - Managing Director, Alliance in Partnership
We looked at various potential advisors but Springboard promised a personal, partner-led approach with a commitment to excellence. Having previously worked with, and been disappointed by, other corporate finance advisors, it is fair to say that they far outperformed our expectations. I would have no hesitation in recommending Springboard to others and would welcome the opportunity to talk to anyone who wishes to use their services.
