Springboard are delighted to announce that they have advised serial entrepreneur Stuart Whitehouse on the acquisition of Flotronic Pumps.
Established in 1981, Flotronic Pumps is a manufacturer of air-operated double diaphragm pumps for the food, beverage, dairy and pharmaceutical industries. Flotronic’s products are uniquely designed for rapid disassembly to enable efficient inspection, maintenance and replacement of parts to reduce downtime for customers.
Flotronic was acquired by Stuart Whitehouse, a long term client of Springboard in a deal was funded by Arbuthnot who provided an invoice discounting, plant and machinery loan and a cashflow loan.

Having identified the business I wished to acquire, Springboard provided in preparing a formal business plan, identifying potential lenders and securing the necessary finance. They also provided practical and helpful advice throughout the process. I have used them for both a business sale and an acquisition and they have proved equally adept at both.
