Springboard is delighted to announce that it has advised Gresham House Ventures – backed StoryShare on the sale of the business to global player SHE Software.

StoryShare is a cutting edge award-winning learning and engagement app, focused on delivering digital content to the right people in the right place and at the right time, driving frontline performance through video. Having received funding from Gresham House in 2019, the company has become a leader in the fast-growing area of mobile and micro learning with clients including major industrial organisations and tier one companies in the supermarket and FMCG markets.

SHE Software is a global technology company transforming the way employees engage in workplace health and safety.  Its market leading solution, Assure, is used by more than 350 customers across a wide range of industries globally.
